Nice rich colours here - very appetizing (excpet for the sound of the liver sauce ) That crackling is making my mouth water though. The only distraction for me is that top left corner of blank space. Perhaps an angle from slight more to the left so the pig and pineapple fills the frame would fill that in somewhat. Just a suggestion.

Padlex, nice to see you.
I just gained five pounds looking at this. I love roast pig.
It's overall a bit bright to me and I agree with Suzan about that blank spot. I also wish there was a little more f.g. the composition strikes me as unbalanced as it is.
Do you have any more angle on this? Because I feel sure the pig is no longer available as a model :-)

I am seriously thinking of digging a pit right about now.
I think Suzan and Sheila have valid points. I would like to add that a little cloning could help the hot spot of the pig cheek.
I bet this tasted as good as it looks.
Bon Appetite.

Hi Suzan!
Yep, here in the Philippines, it is normally served with liver sauce. I agree with the top left hand portion of the image being somewhat bare. Noticed that too when I was taking the picture.
Sheila
Nice to have you see this image too. It's been some time since I posted. I think I have regained my eye for photography so I'll be posting more frequently again.
Regarding the pig, it's all consumed. LOL!!! Took the shot as quickly as I could because people are getting hungry at that time. Hahaha!!! Actually, I was only able to make two shots. Let me see if I can make something else of the other one I did not post.

Roast pig is definately delicious but so fattening. Hehehe... I agree with your observation about the hot spot on the pig's cheek.
Thanks for taking time and placing comments. I'll note them all and will try to do something with the other image.

I agree with the above comments about the brightness and maybe cloning some hot spots out. Keep em' coming! Mel

Hi That!!! Thanks for looking at this one. I also agree with the need for cloning out some hot spots specially that bright area in the cheek. I already did some work on it and will post it for viewing. The other image I was telling earlier I also did some cropping and will post it too. However, I think it is not as interesting as this one.
