Now set the foreground color to suit and simply paint over the areas that you want to color make sure that you are painting on your new layer and
that opacity is set at 100%
Now double click on the new layer to bring up the layer style dialog box here is where I adjust the opacity
Now using
the eraser tool set to ** soft round*** set size to suit with master
diameter ** zoom in on the photo ctrl++ and then carefully erase the
paint from unwanted areas
