Lowepro Rules!!!

I just want to share with the forum my appreciation for Lowepro. Not only they manufacture Superior bags for our photo equipment (Superior with Capital S), but they have THE GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!...

Pardon for the excitement, but that's how delighted I am. Lowepro Customer Service is extremely responsive (they answered my email within the hour!!!), understanding and they stand firm on their committment of 100% cutomer satisfaction no matter what.

From now on I will buy Lowepro and Lowepro only. Kudos to Lowepro for their profesionalism and many thanks to Maury Cohen for his help and support.

WHAT A GREAT COMPANY.!!!

Sounds as though your one truly happy bunny!!! LOL
We ought to praise where praise is do, as so many of us critisize and forget the thanks when deserved.
I had a similar good experience with Pentax UK, within 3 days of an email a replacement SD case was received, so I sent Pentax Uk a thank you, and had quite a nice reply from the good lady concerned.

Lowepro is the best company I've done business with in loooooooong time...

If only Dell woul use them as a benchmark!!!

I suppose I am lucky. I bought a LowePro bag when I bought my camera and I didn't even know what it was. But, it has certainly been a very good bag.

Will, you will need to go thru a dealer, check out the lowepro bags at www.bhphotovideo.com or www.adorama.com they are 2 of the cheapest/most trusted US online photo retailers.
