I haven't posted a astro shot for awhile....took this last night.
It is M81...is always in the Northern Sky....it is a Galaxy a long ways away. The camera used is the starlight express MX5C astro camera....Celestron 8" scope with fastar lens. This was ten shots stacked/combined......luminance channel removed.....sharpened and then recombined.

as always, again a good shot.

Can you also make a shot of Jupiter, including some of its moons and the red spot?
Would be nice to see the results

Raaf...thank you....here is one of Jupiter I did two nights ago.


I took one that shows seven of the moons.....but the planet itself is so blown out......I'm going to try to remove the blown out part and insert a jupiter that looks good.....we'll see.

Are you a professional Bud?
These are awe inspiring
I wish I had the equipment to do that.
All I can do is the moon at either 646mm optical or sometimes my added 4x digital zoom if the atmosphere is right.
