I have an Epson1280EX photo printer and starting this morning I cant seem to print a full photo. I rebooted the computer because I was printing 8x10's for a few hours.. then I turned the printer off and on again and still it stops at the 1/3 mark then kicks the photo paper out as finished.
What could be the problem.?
I have a lot more good photos I am trying to have printed..
Any help would be appreciated.

I would uninstall the drivers then reinstall, that has cured hardware issues for me in the past. Best of luck

Thanks John,
I was going to do that next, but I did a search on the net and found a msg that said never touch the metal coding plate in the back of the ink cartridge. The cartridge got stuck when I installed a new one so I asked my husband to get it out for me.
I think in the midst of trying to get it out, he probably touched that piece that messed it up. Once I took out that cartridge and tried a new one it worked
