Hi

Some computers ago I had the use of a photo edit trial software
that I forgot the name of. Does anyone know the name of the software that can achieve the effect on this picture?
The one under there is quite close to what the original picture was.

....filter of some kind. I doubt there's anyone who could pinpoint the exact program as many will do this sort of thing. Do you have any other clues as to what it was called, how long ago it was. Software comes and goes. I had a little one called Shoot & Share which was quite useful for some things and is now unavailable for free.
