A couple questions: Can I delete my gallery any time I choose and does anyone have any rights to use my pix because I post them here? I prefer not to have pix I sell being used as ecards by anyone without specified permission. Otherwise it would be sily for folks to buy them.

You retain the rights to your photos if it’s a photo of the week winner we run it on the front page and in the forums as well as announce it in the newsletter …. As for E cards only registered users may send them and in essence all it amounts to is a link back to this site … I understand and respect your concerns the best advice I can offer is to not upload full size hi res photos that are suitable for printing and sign or watermark your photos … but rest assured that BytePhoto makes no claims to your works
