Presenting myself
Hi, every one, my name is Fernando Valente, I'm portuguese and currently working in Germany. I'm posting my first photos on the internet here, and any commentary;suggestion or critique are welcome.
I like to photograph almost everything except persons, but my favorite subject is nature.

Hi Paul
Thanks for your opinion.
The photo you like most, was taken near the border between Germany and Austria, on a 2 days journey until the top of "Zugspitze" (highest mountain in Germany).
My idea of the photo, was to use the trees as a natural frame and somehow establish a link between the mountain at the end and the small river. At this point I had no idea that I still had to walk until this mountain before finishing the first day :-).
I looked your photos and the one that catch my attention is the "Amber Sunset", because of the color; the reflection on the water but more important the message of quiet/peace and relax, just great.
