Thanks so much to all of you for your support!
I am extremely pleased; not because I won the contest, but because it is a measuring stick that makes me aware that my photography has been improving over the years. The credit goes to all you folks. Your comments have helped me considerably. And viewing creative, interesting and professional photos by others help motivate me to try harder to obtain the best photos possible.
Weather permitting, I go out shooting everyday. I read and reread my photography books. I visit many web sites to evaluate other's work. All of this helps. But getting personal critiques is the most helpful resource of all. Give yourself a pat on the back.
