Show Me the Light! (Edit Challenge)

This challenge thing is a great tool! But I fear that it's become somewhat genaric (not that that is bad) and folks were editing in their comfort zone (as I was), so I've decided to raise the bar a little.

Here's the challenge.

I took this shot just this evening.

I'm sure that it has potential. The one thing that struck me at the time, was the wonderfull light. My challenge to y'all is to bring out that light in such a way that it directs my eye and has a more powerful impact. Remember that shadows are a big part of light. Please turn this flat, two dimensional shot into a 3D work of art!
