Thank you, everyone. What a surprise!
I appreciate and am humbled by all the kind and thoughtful words of congratulations. It is such an honor to have one of my photographs chosen as POTW. I'm so proud to be a part of such a wonderful and talented group of photographers. I have learned and continue to learn from all of you and feel that there is a wealth of information on this site. I appreciate all the support and encouragement that I have been given. It has made me try harder and harder to become a better photographer.

Sorry for the very tardy congratulations but don't let that fool you into thinking that my appreciation is any less. This image displayed careful thought and excellent execution. A still life replete with emotion as well as a tale to tell. Lovely, lovely image and as I said in my critique your return was artfully staged. A personal note to say how pleased I am that you have returned.
