This is a picture of the Hereford Lighthouse located in North Wildwood New Jersey. This lighthouse was built in 1874. It is currently undergoing restoration. I took this with my D100 using my 28-105D Nikor lense. Enjoy.

Nice shot ! I like the way the fence and the boats lead us into the pic. Unfortunate for the scafolding on the lighthouse though.

Hi,
Thanks for your comments. I know what you mean about the scaffolding. The fortunate thing is that this is not too far from my summer place. They have beautiful gardens surrounding the building. I will go back next summer, and get some better shots. Also, they decorate for Christmas, and maybe I can get something, then. I have been coming here for over 15 years, and had never visited the lighthouse before.
