Mini theme challenge

Hi all,

Matt (Panaphoto) lit the fire under this mule after JoeMc and I both posted lighthouse shots in the critique forum. In his immortal words:

"should we have a lighthouse-off?"

I think that sounds like a great idea, so I'm going to call for a lighthouse mini-challenge in the photo contest running next week (11/19 - 11/25). If you have a lighthouse shot in the archives, or live by one, feel free to post it in the regular contest section.

This is just a fun little way to see how different people deal with the same theme. No time limit on the shots. There isn't a prize (or even an official determining of the winner), and this will count as one of your shots in the regular contest.

No worries if you don't want to join in. Have fun!
