monthly Challenge
How do you select the winner in this category? Don't you have this challenge every month?
Judging by fellow photographers is rather tricky at times. People tend to vote for someone they have known for years. hanks
i am curious.
Thanks
Lakshmi

Hi,
The admins select the winners so as not to have this sometimes slightly biased choices by members.
Yes it runs monthly.

can i please add to this thread....?
the monthly challenge is doing my head in......
how do i find out what the monthly challenge topic is....?
how do i upload an image to the monthly challenge.....?
months ago, i received an email mentioning the monthly challenge and unfortunately did not submit an image on that occasion, that‘s the only notification i've ever seen, so is entry by by invitation only?
somehow i’ve stumbled upon a “views and comments” poll to do with the monthly challenge i guess, where there are two rows, each with an “OK” at the left side. there is no indication as to what this is. i blindly clicked the check box next to the lower of the two “OK” options, only to find i've voted for something i', totally unaware of (it happens to be the row which shows 100% ) - and i have no idea what it is i have voted for.
please can someone shed some light on this as it is beyond my understanding…and seems inaccessible
thanks
severly challenged
pippa

monthly challenge
Hi Pipa
I did not even know what do with the polling options. Then I looked at the rules for options. I could not understand what exactly they meant. I simply checked OK in two boxes. The whole thing is very confusing. I am quite new to this site. I actually do not know how things work. I some how got to see the topic for October monthly challenge, read the instructions and e mailed the photos. According to the information, the winner suggests the topic for the next month. Good Luck
