What is a good Digital Camera to buy for me?

I want a digital camera that I can film me and my friends at a place where it looks perfect bright and crisp image. Able to make a movie where it doesn't blur and can zoom at least 5x. I'm pretty much going to use this camera for pictures and making video animations. animations mostly.

I think the sony t20 is good.

I have a T200 and I am very impressed with the quality of the video, also the still images are excellent. Have a look at the specs on the Sony webiste.
