Contest Now Begins On Sunday?
New contest span?
I thought that some time ago the rules were changed so that the contest ran Monday through Sunday - with a new contest beginning on Monday.
I notice today that all images have been removed and people are posting fresh.
Did I miss something? An announcement perhaps?
Are we back to the old way? Begins anew on Sunday?
Sheila.

Sheila,
Dunno, Noticed it too, jumped in the pond and started an easy backstroke - hope I didn't make an error!
Water's warm!

Pippa,
You can change the time zone in the user CP under "Edit Options", so it adapts to your British Summer Time (Daylight Saving Time).
Remember, you'll need to change it again this month when the "clocks" change on Sunday 28th October.
Hope this helps.

Stephen - I am confused - my time zone is set for (GMT) western European time, London, Lisbon, Cassablanca, Monrovia. What I am noticing is that the gmt on byte right at this moments is 2:05. My computer is set to the same time zone but the clock reads 1:05. Then I checked with the link above and there it reads GMT is 0:5 pm and GMT+ 1 (western Europe daylight/summer time is 1:05am (same as my computer ). Quite probably that’s its me in a muddle - but it doesn’t make sense. Not that it matters but you did ask for times according to time zones when we are having problems with byte.

Pippa,
The Bytephoto website system doesn't take into consideration the time changes for Daylight Saving Times so during British Summer time I suggest you choose (in your User CP) a time zone GMT +1 such as CET Central Europe Time (Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid, Paris).
Hope this helps.
