minus 10% resizing
Some people claim that you obtain better results if you resize your picture (for the web) using 10% step instead of the classic image size function.
Any opinion?

Don't know about Downsizing, but the Upsizing method by 10% increments works very well.

Never heard that one....
... but, I always just use IrfanView to resize to 800 pixels wide before posting on the web. One click does it.
