I like the color, lighting and composition but I find the shot to be out of focus.

What type of equipment are you using?

Hi Luiz,

There is a tiny bit of the fruit that's in focus. It looks like you need to use a stronger light so you can stop the lens down and get a larger depth of field.
Try it again...I bet you have some good success.

For some reasons I am NOT able to see your images.
Even when I copy

I wonder why?

It is out of focus.

Hey Luis, you shot the photo at F2.4 and your shutter speed was 1/13 of a second. Its very difficult to get a shot to be sharp when your F stop is that large. Most beginners don't understand what stop the lens down means. Your F stop is the opening in the back of your lens and Macro photography is very tricky. The smaller the number of your Fstop the larger the opening is in the back of yur lens. That lets in more light, but it also will blur the background. The closer you get to the subject the blurrier the background will get and the shallower your "DOF" Depth of field will be. So in order to get your subject in focus with the camera your using you will need to stop down, which means bring your Fstop to a higher number. Now at F2.4 and your shutter speed was 1/15 of a second means you didn't have much light so stepping down to F8 would be imposible to handhold. You would need a tripod or use your flash to get more light. I hope this helps.
