My wife would disagree but I, on the other hand, think that is a big 10

I agree with budguinn, flowers are not the only interesting subjects you can shot! It's nice to see something which at the same time make you thing about work and has an artisitc touch.
Cheers,
Ramoul

Bud,
Well captured... and beautifully enhanced by the frame, too.

Yes I agree, but a poor photo is never 'well dressed' with a frame, either. Or is it ?

for Budguinn...
,,naked,,photo's ( without frames) are pure., are humble.,are ,,non-protected,,and not trying to hide or upgrade the image as such.
,,naked,, pics are -in my opinion - a bigger challenge.
Kind regards from Portugal.,
Loft

I agree with Loft... un-framed photos are a biggest challenge and in my opinion, every photo should be judged based on the picture itself, rather than the frame.
Having said that, Budguinn photo is superb. Great lightning and composition. Well done!

Ahhhhh, Bud. Still the old frame controversy, eh? Will it ever end?
Fine, elegantly simple pic. Love the diagonal comp, and, in this case, the frame definitely shows it off well.

Glad to see ya here-I heard about the fire getting close to your town & wondered if you were ok. Great pic-frame & all!

Sunny.....good to hear from you.....I've been in Oregon for a few days so it took a bit to get back to you........Yes my family and I are fine.....they did a mandatory evacuation on the southern part of our town, but the winds came up and pushed it away from us.....it's usually the winds that cause us the problem but this time they were very helpful.
Thanks for thinking of me.

Hey Bud...I love this! I really admire people who can take a fairly simple object and make it look interesting. I don't have a strong feeling about the frame in this since it really accentuates the photo and besides, this is a "fun photo" and looks good with the frame. Very nice!

Just found this pic, VERY NICE. Just curious, how long did that wrench stay looking that nice? I don't think any of my tools were ever that clean, even when they were new.
It's a nice pic, I wish I new how to do a frame like that. Keep them comming.
