That's a good question. We operate in a vacuum. If they wish to be veiled, OK. But a posting of their procedures and exectations would seem to be a reasonable request. Just a Rainy! Friday's thought.

Another curious member here about the adjudication process.

Sheila's query about outside judges is quite germane - an outsider could add some variety to criteria in the inherently subjective process.
