Hi, I'm interested in fishkeeping and I'd like to know how to take better photos of my fish. I find that I need a relatively high shutter speed so that the fish don't become blurry, but when I increase the shutter speed, the photos become too dark. I can't find a way around this, because my fish tank has relatively low light. Can anybody offer a solution?

This is happening because the shutter is moving so fast, it doesn't allow enough light in. To change this you need to go into Manual mode, if you camera has it. You can set the shutter speed really fast, and then change the aperture really "low" which will actually let more light in. It is probably labeled f/stops.

So....
~Manual Mode
~High Shutter Speed
~Lowest aperture (f/stops)

You will probably need to experiment with the settings, to get a perfect combination.
