Begginer Getting a Casio Exilim - S3

Hi! I am have a growing interest in digital photography. This all started when I got my Camera Phone last year. As of the moment, I am considering getting the Casio Exilim - S3. Do you think ít is worth my money? I mean, I am just a begginer.. Though, most of the pictures that I might start shotting would be the point-and-shoot type of photographs, would getting the Casio Exilim give me the capability of getting breath-taking photographs in a beginner's level? Any advice would be welcome.. Thanks!
