When will the format change so that newbies dont come in and just vote on photos, they are not to know that voting means nothing anymore, although it once did as I recall it mentioned in the rules. I notice that less and less comments are being made now and This week I had no comments at all on a photo submitted for the first time. I know its hard to comment on all shots but Ive tried to get in and comment on a few myself. It is disappointing that the whole system seems to have changed and so many shots seem to get left out now.
