My free Byte gallery is about full and before I upgrade to the Premium Gallery I have some questions.

First, any advice on a Photo-specific web site hosting/building service for a "proffesional" gallery, with the ability to sell prints and images in various media formats (re: Pay Pal)? Book suggestions on this subject (current) are most appreciated.

Second, other than the extra space and ability to catagorize what else does the Byte Premium Gallery offer? Can the Premium gallery be set up with a sales function or linked to a Pay Pal-powered site?
