Kodak z740 add-ons on ebay?

I received the z740 for Christmas this past year (my 1st camera), and I'm looking to buy a wide-angle lens, telephoto lens, and at least a polarizer filter. I was searching on ebay and you can find package deals for under $100 that include all of what I have mentioned and more. Here's an example of what I've seen.

Does anyone know the quality of these items? It seems like it's too good of a deal to be true. Any help would be great. Thanks!
