DSC-U10 Problems
Hey. I love taking pictures but i also love the concept of a camera thats as small as possible (i go to a university so i like to just have it in my pocket or something). Im not majorly into photography, just taking pictures of friends and whatnot, so a cheap small decent camera is what i was looking for.
So a few years ago my brother buys the Sony Cybershot DSC-U10 and uses it a few times and lets it sit on his shelf. A few weeks ago i tell him im gonna look for a camera, and he just generously gives me his. Rock on. I put new batteries in it, use it a few times and its awesome. Decent quality for what i paid, small, overall cool camera. Heres where the problem starts.
The camera doesnt have rechargable batteries. No problem there, but the serious problem is the fact that my small camera has the capability of completely draining 2 AAA batteries after being used for about 3 or 4 minutes overall. Is this normal? Is there anything i can do? Does it have to do with the fact that i use the flash on it? Did this camera originally have rechargable batteries? Im camera illiterate so any help would rock. Thanks.
