sony p150. mark on photo's

hi all, can anyone offer some advice with a problem i have with my camera.
when i take photo's i get a brown mark on the camera display and also when i download them.
it only shows up when i have to fully zoom in when taking a shot.
i have cleaned the outside of the lens and its not removed it so i thought it may be on the inside of the lens but dont know how to remove it.
any help would be great. thanks gav
