I just took my Saturday night swing through the contest and was struck by the wonderful variety of subjects, both visually and culturally.

There are people and places and things in here from everywhere. An internatioinal community of people who share a passion and delight in capturing images. There are insights into many cultures in these photographs. Perhaps our psyche too. Freud might have a field day here

The thread that connects us all expresses itself.
