Has anyone purchased the new Canon SD700 and if so what is your experience/judgement? It seems to be so new that no one has evaluated it yet.

i ordered one, am awaiting shipment.
one frustrating thing I found when reviewing accessories: the AC power adapter kit, which Canon lists as ACK DC-30. This lists for about $70, and contains almost the identical components as my older AC adapter kit, except for the tiny plastic DC coupler (the "fake battery" that fits into the camera itself). I think this part is called the DC Coupler. On my previous generation AC adapter, this DC coupler is called a DR-300.

It seems like a waste to buy the entire kit, when all I need is the little plastic DC coupler. Does anybody know where one can buy one of these?
