premier dc-5085 Driver Probs

Hi peeps, my girlfriend brought me a Premier DC-5085 for xmas. Last week i had a major pc fault and had to reinstall windows thus losing all my drivers. I have just gone to reinstall the driver only to find that the software CD has a massive crack in it.
Ive searched everywhere for a driver but cant find it, the manual says that i can obtain the driver from Premier website but it doesnt tell what the website is and ive spend most of the night looking for their website or others which have lots of camera drivers but havent had no luck even finding Premier as a brand of camera let a lone my model.
Does anyone know the web address for Premier (not the site in japenesse coz cant read it) or does anyone by the odd chance have the same camera and could help by sending me the drivers.
