 Docking Stations ?

Hi, I like the idea of a docking station but have heard that they are not good for the camera. Would like some informed opinions please. Thanks, kdcon

I've been using a KODAK Dock on my DX3215 since my wife bought the camera back in 2001. I have a dock under all the rest of my KODAKS. I've never had a bit of trouble with any of them. So tell me what have you herad a dock does to the camera?
