voting problems
hi i am tring to vote on the contest pictures but keep getting a screen saying i do not have permission to access this page, i am logged in but dont understand why i am being refused , can anyone help me please ?

I always assumed it was so that someone in the finals couldn't get all their friends to come and vote and skew the results. This way only people who frequent the site can have an impact on the contest.
