I am just getting into the camera and photography thing and do alot of hiking and backpacking. I really enjoy watching wildlife through spotting scope so I figured I might as well get a spotting scope that i can put my D50 onto. I am considering the nikon 82mm ED fieldscope. Is this my best optioon or is there something else I should be considering. I have the 18-70mm af-s ed dx lens and the 70-300mm ed lens already. I think the fieldscope will give me a 1500 mm lens???
Any help would be really apreciated.
