I really hope soemone on here will be able to help me. I am a total technophobe, and don't really have a clue when it comes to cameras/ computers etc! I am having a problem with my premier ds 3081s. It has been working fine since christmas, but now everytime i connect it to my computer it says that there is an unknown device connected to the usb. I haven't done anything to my knowledge that would have made a difference, so I would be so grateful if anyone could give me some advice as to what I should do to fix this!
Thanks in anticipation!
Jenny

Charger For DS-5080
I modified a common Nokia charger (not the old squarish type 3.7v) The newer longer type that is 5.7v, by cutting the cable and joining on the plug from the old faulty premier charger. It works perfectly, even auto stops after about 2.5hrs of charging.
I also can not get the PC CAM to work though.
