What kind of camera and lens ?
My wife designs crosstich patterns, takes pictures of them on our digital camera and posts them on her website. Most digital cameras have and all around lens . we need a camera that will take close ups .With the camera we have now, my wife takes most of her pictures about 2 feet away. Can someone recommend a camera for this application ? I will be glad to submit more info. THANKS

A few things
1- No standard camera digital or otherwise is going to get you that close.
2- You will need a Nikon 6T and a camera with a good zoom and decent mega pixels to do the job.
3- If you can afford to spend $340 FZ20 CRing adapter $33 and Nikon 6T $50.00. You can get results like this actual size ½ inch. Shooting distance is 12” Because this camera has a 12X optical zoom you can dial in the amount of magnification.
