My photos are also blurry at night while trying to shot solfball games under the lights, or in a gym trying to take photos of basketball players in action with natural light. When I shot solfball during the daytine I have no problem stoping the action an have got some great shots. Can anyone help me with this problem. I see that I am not the only one having this problem. Please let me know if you can help me.

Well, your problem really is a simple one. While shooting softball under lights or basketball, you just don't have the light needed to stop the action. Outside in the daytime, though, you have plentiful light to shoot about anything. The typical suggestions you'll get is to use a lens with a bigger aperture and use a higher ISO. Without knowing what you're shooting with, it's hard to make specific suggestions.

I am useing the finepix s5100 camera. Do you have any suggestions with this camera. It has a fixed lens.
