PS5.0 and 5.5 won't accept the actions from PS7...I did modify them to work in PS6 though, and you might find a lower priced version of it around.
Also, you can usually pick up Photoshop elements for about $30. Elements doesn't handle actions natively, but Ling Nero has made a great interface that allows actions to work within Elements. The actions usually must be reworked....I have reworked about 150 of them as well as these frames...and she has done some herself.
The sets and interface for Elements is free...and it can be download here:

Elements, with the addition of the actions, and the use of Richard Lynch's book, gives you about 90% of photoshop, and sometimes the interface is more elegant.

Bud,
Thanks for the great work!! I just tried EZMiter, and turned out a double-matte, wood-in-gold-in-wood framed print in just a few minutes!!
I encourage everyone to try this set of actons. The frames are truly gorgeous!
Thanks again,
Lynn

Thanks Bud
Bud thanks for the head up on PE2. I will take a look on that route too. What would I be losing compare to PS? Thanks again!

Lynn,
thanks for the kind words.....they were alot of work and I hope they can be used.
IcarusFree
PSE2 gives you probably 90% of the functionality of full PS.....there is a book by Richard Lynch called the Hidden Power of Elements that has really been highly praised....he includes some tools with it that increase it's functionality.
It's inexpensive to get into......then later you can upgrade to the full blown PS if you desire.
