My daughter has A75 that was working fine. She uploaded pictures via usb port to window XP sp2.
Currently she gets an error USB port not recognized. We tried to connect on a different XP computer and the same error.
What can be the porblem? Do we need to update the USB port? Change cable? Any problems with the camera?
Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.
