Question new finepix s7000.....i need help...

I am not very good with the digital camera yet...I just bought a fuji findpix s7000. Every time I want to take a picture the camera shake icon shows up and of course then the picture is blurry...I can't stand completely still so am I doomed to have blurry pictures forever?? Also once the camera shake icon displays, it won't go off unless I turn the camerea off...is there an easier way to reset it? Any help would be so appreciated.
thanks

this will only happen in low light conditions, so try using flash, tripod, or manual for changing settings

focus error

yes it's tough to get the hang of the camera... manual is a must and now i love the pictures. has anyone successfully fixed the 'focus error' where the zoom lens won't retract?
