Load your photo in Photoshop CS2.

Select Image from the top of the screen and in the dropdown menu select Image Size.

The Image Size screen will appear with your current Pixel Dimensions at the top:

Width: 4000 pixels
Height: 2300 pixels

With your mouse put the curser in the Width box and change it to 750
and repeat for the height:
Height box to 500

Click OK and you have your resized image which you can then save.

4000x2300 to 750x500 doesn't seems to be same aspect ratio. You might distort your image if you resize with different aspect ratio.

If you really like to resize to 750x500, my practice is you reside one size so that it become 869x500. Then your crop the width to become 750x500.
