 Ipod ad replicate

I was very inspired by the the ipod ads on tv and the Internet.......and i want to edit portrait into something of the sort......im not to sure how to go about manipulating .
I have PS 7 .......please help

im assuming you want to make a portrait picture with a bright back ground and a sillouetted black person? Thats the only ipod adverts i know of!!
Is this right, if so il have a quick fiddle and show you how i did it.
