I'm learning to use my new Nikon 8700 Coolpix. I'm stuck. I don't know how to insert the Compact Flash card into my computer. My computer has a Compact Flash I/II port, but I don't know the correct way to insert the card.

Hi Betty,
You can't put it in wrong so never force the card into a slot.
It should slide easily into the computer slot if it's placed correctly. If it doesn't seem to go in properly then turn it over and try it that way.
When all else fails call in your neighborhood geek.

Frank, thank you. I did get it loaded. Now I have the arduous task of going through the motions of using my Nikon View viewer and my Photoshop Elements 4.0 editor for the first time.
