Hello, this may seem like an ignorant question and I appologize if it is. I am having problems with the lcd screen on my camera but am still able to take pictures. I am unable to view the pictures on the screen itself, seems to be a short in it. i have a Sandisk memory card reader that I am using to upload the pictures to my computer. If I delete the pictures from the memory card itself, will they be permanently deleted?

in a way yes they will be buy there is sofware to recover deleted pictures if the card hasnt been used since them being deleted. i bought a cf card from digiprintuk and lost all my images in a bad camera and i sent the card to them and they sorted it,
