Pacific Digital MemoryFrames and AOL Picture

Pacific Digital MemoryFrames to Integrate AOL Pictures for Easy Digital Photo Sharing; AOL Pictures is First Online Photo Service to Be Compatible with Next-Generation Digital Picture Frame

NEW YORK -- Oct. 14, 2005 --

Demonstrations to Be Shown at DigitalLife Show in Booth #355 & Booth #201

Pacific Digital's MemoryFrame digital picture frames (http://www.pacificdigital.com) are now enabled with sharing capabilities through the AOL Pictures online photo service (http://www.AOL.com/pictures). With this new integration, consumers can now easily view and share photos they've stored on AOL Pictures via the MemoryFrame.

Pacific Digital will be demonstrating the MemoryFrame(TM) with the integrated AOL(R) Pictures functionality at this weekend's DigitalLife consumer technology and entertainment show in New York in booth #355. AOL Pictures and the MemoryFrame will also be featured in PC Magazine's Digital Village exhibit in booth #201.

"Pacific Digital's goal was to create a digital picture frame that you could give to family and friends which allows you to 'send' pictures across the Internet," said Michael Hope, director of marketing at Pacific Digital. "We wanted the user to be able to receive pictures easily and effortlessly without having to use a computer. Now with AOL Pictures and the Pacific Digital MemoryFrame, friends and family can easily receive new photos and display them on a beautiful 8x10 MemoryFrame. With the forward vision of the AOL team, anyone can pull photos out of their computer or online AOL Pictures account and bring them to life in the living room."

"We're thrilled to work with Pacific Digital to offer consumers a new way to share their memories," said David Liu, vice president and general manager of AOL.com. "AOL Pictures and Pacific Digital have made it easy to transfer pictures that are stored online to the MemoryFrame, making it the perfect gift for friends and loved ones. Now, consumers can continually and automatically update the MemoryFrame by sharing the latest pictures from their vacation or of the grandkids, for example, and it requires little to no effort on the part of the recipient."

The MemoryFrame is a first-of-its-kind wireless and USB digital photo album. In addition to transferring images from AOL Pictures to the MemoryFrame, consumers can easily and quickly transfer up to 80 photos and music files, over 802.11 (wireless) or over USB from a PC, digital camera, card-reader, or flash-drive. After photos are transferred to the MemoryFrame, consumers can immediately play their photos back - in a continuous slideshow of vibrant, high-resolution images and stereo sound - on the MemoryFrame's Bright Active Matrix TFT screen.

AOL Pictures is a free online photo service available to all consumers via the AOL.com Web portal. The service, which enables users to access their photos from any Internet-enabled computer, offers unlimited photo storage, a comprehensive print store, editing tools, easy sharing, home printing options and much more.

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
The MemoryFrame with AOL Pictures will be available starting in November through major retailers. Suggested retail price for the USB model is $399 and $449 for the wireless model.

More information on the MemoryFrame can be found at www.PacificDigital.com. For more information on AOL Pictures, please visit www.AOL.com/pictures.
