 Photoshop CS Question
(forgive me I'm new here and new to PS CS)
When I open a file in PS CS and click on Filter only certain things are highlighted, how do I get all the things in the list to highlight so I can use them ?? Help !!

Heather,
Go to Image then Mode. If you're in 16bit then some filters aren't available. You can switch to 8bit if you need the filters.

Thank you Frank changed it to 8 bit and now all is highlighted !!
