I bought a Bell & Howell dighital camera from a newspaper ad and it has no contact information at all in the literature included. The camera is marked as a Model 5X300 Regulatory Model 5X300C System rating 3V700MA and Made in China. The latter makes me wonder if it is really a Bell & Howell or a knockoff and I got suckered.

I have gotten some decent pics, but the manual is very vague. Also, now the zoom has stopped operating.

Can anyone give me contact info for the company?

Bell and Howell makes cheap junk. Sorry you wasted your money. They are the ones that make a Triple head razor for like $4 or something. Cheap junk is all it is. If somebody is knocking off a Bell and Howell camera, then that's stooping even lower than low.

Thanks for your reply. I had already kinda figured that out, LOL! But I still would like contact info for the company. If it is authentic, it should still be under warranty. I got it because I had a Bell & Howell regular film camera that I loved, cheapy or not. It worked very well. Unfortunately, my teenager son lost it.
