I have an Olympus C-310 zoom with camedia master 4.2. I have transferred pictures from camera to computer a number of times, but now every time I try, a message comes up saying "Unable to detect an Olympus digital camera with USB connection" and then the computer crashes. Can anyone tell me why? Is it the camera or the computer/software?
Please help, have got loads of pictures, but no where to put them!

HI, iIHAVE A SIMILAR PROBLEM WITH MY d-360l. IT WORKED FINE ON MY OLD DESK TOP COMPUTER, BUT MY NEW LAPTOP SEZ IT CAN'T FIND THE CAMERA. ANY THOUGHT ON WHERE TO TURN? Gary
