Re pro NYI
Hello Bluto....
I just started the photography course with the New York institute. I am very pleased and happy that I did so. I just finished up the first unit which holds the first three lessons in the course that contains a total of 33 lessons in 6 unites. It has already made a better photograper out of me! Very exciting and I feel that I could not have chosen a better direction in starting in this field. Its like going out with a pro and having him teach you everything. Very very well set up using the audio and video tapes along with text. Also you can go at your own speed and take up to three years to complete it. I believe you should check it out!
Also, I just joined this site and find that Im not getting any feedback which I feel is too bad cause it could be a good way to learn also. I would like to meet someone that is not so far ahead of me to share some ideas with and learn with as well. send me an email or contect me throught the form if you would like to hook up in chat. look forward to hearing from you.........Good luck Bluto

Coincidentally...
I had posted a question regarding the NYI and asked whether anyone had any thoughts on it. I was glad to see that you had taken courses. I takes photographs but feel that need more help with the technical aspects of it. Is this a good way to start out then, it sounds like you've learned quite a bit. Any other pros and cons? I would like to hear any more comments you may have on it since I am really interested in signing up for it.
