Sony DSC-P73
I have a problem. Whenever I take pictures using my Sony DSC-P73, the pictures never seem to come out clear. Like, 8-10 pictures will come out blurry and 2-10 won't be clear. How can I fix this problem? I use Automatic mode and I have been messing around with all of the other modes too, and nothing seems to work.

Are you focusing your shot? You need to press your shutter halfway down, wait for the beep, and then take your shot. Also, automatic mode does not work well for moving objects - my son is walking now and they come out blurry if I don't go to manual mode and increase the shutter speed.
Your manual should have some information to help you with manual mode. I have a different SONY but assume there are many similarities. Good luck.

I agree. I have a P93 which is so similar that it has the same instruction book. You have to press the shutter button halfway and wait for the green light to stop blinking, and then press all the way. If the light keeps blinking, there is a problem keeping the camera from focusing.
There is not much else that can go wrong in auto mode. You might try going into the setup mode and set AF Mode to Monitor - wich keeps the AF working all the time. And be sure that AF Illuminator is set to Auto - to get added light in low light conditions.
