Frames
Imacer,
I'm not sure that you can import the .ATN files into PhotoElements because Photoshop and Elements are two different animals. I have Elements 2.0 and if you go to Windows, Effects and click on Effects, you can bring up a pretty extensive toolbar. You can then drag and drop all sorts of different frames onto your image and there are some pretty interesting frames that can be found here. I would be interested to know if anyone can help you with your question, since I'm not so sure that we Elements users can take advantage of the free Frames downloads.
Good luck with your quest to find an answer.
